I found this hotel to be a comfortable and modern stay with great amenities and friendly staff. However, the cleaning standards could be improved slightly. The convenience of being near the airport was a plus, but the location on the city outskirts made it a bit of a trek to downtown.
The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, located near the elevator. The service was responsive to our questions, polite, and friendly, though it could be a bit more outgoing and welcoming. The location was convenient to the airport, but a bit of a hike to downtown, saturated at times, and needing attention to service and cleaning. The dining experience was excellent and complete, but being Mexican, might not suit everyone's taste. The facilities offered car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, but lacking some basic amenities like a coffee maker and minifridge. The service varied from an indifferent attitude from the housekeeping staff to a warm and helpful approach from the general manager. The hotel's location was convenient to the airport but a bit distant from downtown Durango. The dining options were limited to Mexican dishes, which may not suit all tastes.
